L'ARC~EN~CIEL

 
        L'Arc ~ en ~ Ciel (ラルク アン シエル, Raruku An Shieru) is a Japanese music group wing J-Rock. The band consists of Hyde (vocals), Ken (guitar), Tetsu (bass), and Yukihiro (drum). This music group was founded by Tetsu in February 1991. The name "L'Arc ~ en ~ Ciel" comes from a word in French which literally means "arch in the sky" or "rainbow", the name is taken from the title of a French film that was watched by Tetsu.
In Japan alone, the band has sold more than 25 million albums and singles.

  • Early formed
        Osaka, around the beginning of 1991 two young men named Tetsu and Hiro to form a band. Tetsu plays as follows vocals while bassist Hiro as a guitarist.   • 1991-1996: Early Career

In 1993, a new drummer, Sakura, joined the band. On April 1, 1993, the band released their debut album Dune under the indie label Danger Crue. The album was a success and rose to number one on the Oricon indies charts, capturing the attention of several major labels.         Tetsu is a bassist of L'Arc ~ en ~ Ciel once served as chairman of the group band. Actually, Ken's father wanted to lecture in the department of education to later become a teacher like his father. In 1992, a member of L'Arc ~ en ~ Ciel which is Hiro who plays as a guitarist leave.         Yukihiro is the drummer for L'Arc ~ en ~ Ciel third after previously filled by Pero and Sakura. Yukihiro officially become permanent members of L'Arc ~ en ~ Ciel right on the day of the new year 1998. It replaces a tangled Sakura drugs problem. He also created some songs for Laruku. He also remixing a few songs (eg: Pieces, larvae, and some more). Even Ectomorphed Work album contains songs that diremix by it.
